The detail
The MyRack is sold as a platform rather than a rack, and unusually for that pitch it is true: cable crossover, lat pulldown, landmine, dip handles, monkey bars, mono-lift, safety slings, knee holder and plate storage all bolt to the same frame. If you are building a gym in stages — a rack now, cables when you can — this is the format that makes that possible without replacing the rack.
The upright is 2.4 inch square with 5/8 inch holes, which is a Force USA size rather than the 3x3, 1-inch industry pattern used by the Fringe Osprey. That cuts both ways: Force USA's own attachment ecosystem is deep and well-matched, and third-party attachments largely will not fit. You are buying into one manufacturer.
The 29-inch interior depth is the number to compare. That is enough to squat and bench inside comfortably and tight for rack pulls or moving around with attachments installed — the same working space as the Osprey's 30-inch configuration, in a total footprint of 47 by 55 inches.
At 87 inches tall it needs a full 8-foot ceiling with clearance to pull up. In a low basement the T-3 at 82 inches is the alternative.
Force USA does not publish a weight capacity for the MyRack frame, which is the significant gap here. For a rack you intend to load heavily and hang cables off, ask them for the rated capacity before ordering rather than inferring it from the upright size.
The MyRack Folding is the same idea for a garage that has to hold a car.
