Choose this one if

  • You want to train the yoke carry and have nowhere to put a dedicated one
  • You want a squat stand, a sled and a yoke without buying three things
  • Your ceiling is under 8 feet and a 72-inch frame is what fits

The detail

Three pieces of equipment in one frame is the pitch, and it is unusually honest. As a squat and press stand it has Westside 1-inch spacing and Olympic plate storage. Push or drag it and it is a sled. Get under the crossbar and walk and it is a yoke.

The yoke carry is the movement nothing else here trains. Loaded, walking, with a 2.95-inch fat crossbar across your traps, it demands bracing, grip and posture in a way no barbell lift does — and it is the strongman event most people never get to try because a dedicated yoke is a large object you use once a week.

Skid feet with nylon liner ski shoes are what make the sled half work. They let the frame slide on concrete or turf without gouging either, and they are the part that would otherwise wear out.

At 72 inches tall this is notably shorter than a squat rack, which is a feature in a low basement and a limitation for pull-ups — there is no pull-up bar and nowhere to add one usefully.

Seven hundred and fifty pounds is the capacity, below the 1,000 lb of the T-3 tall squat stand. That is the yoke frame's rating rather than a squat rating, and for a piece of equipment you will be walking with, it is far more than most people should attempt.

Two-inch hole spacing on the uprights with a 1-inch Westside zone gives you precise J-cup setting, and Titan's T-3 Series accessories fit it.

At 52 by 53 inches and 166 lb this occupies real floor and does not fold away. It is a garage-and-driveway product, not a spare-bedroom one.
