Choose this one if

  • You want your feet planted with no rear leg in the way
  • You want to choose the frame height and pad rather than take one
  • You want a 3x3 bench that still rolls out of the rack

The detail

The single-column front foot is the design point, and it solves a problem every heavy bencher knows. A four-legged bench puts two legs exactly where a wide, driving foot position wants to go, and you end up working around them. One column at the head end clears that space entirely — the same reasoning as the tripod on the Force USA Peak and the single post on Titan's TITAN Series bench.

Rogue pairs it with an extra-wide 26.25-inch rear base, which is what keeps the bench planted with only three points of contact.

3x3 inch 11-gauge steel is rack-grade tube under a bench, which is where the 77 lb weight comes from — and Rogue has fitted wheels so it still moves in and out of a rack rather than being dragged.

The configurability is the thing to plan for at order time. Rogue lists the height as varying with frame and pad selection, which means this is a bench you specify rather than buy off the shelf. Pad width and height are the two decisions that most affect how it presses: narrow lets your shoulder blades retract off the edges, wide supports more of your back; 17 inches is the competition height.

Rogue does not publish a weight capacity, pad width or pad thickness in the Gear Specs for this listing — those depend on the configuration. Get all three in writing for the build you are ordering, since they are what determine how the bench actually performs.

It ships disassembled with all hardware, which Rogue does to cut shipping cost. Rubber feet protect the floor.
