Choose this one if

  • You want the highest rackable capacity available in a four-post cage here
  • You want 36 inches of working depth, not 24 or 30
  • You have a genuine 8-foot ceiling and 47 by 55 inches of floor

The detail

Two thousand pounds rackable is the top figure on this site, matching Titan's own half rack and ahead of the T-3 at 1,100 and the Fringe Osprey at 1,200. The 10,000 lb whole-rack figure is structural rather than something you will test, but it tells you what 3x3 inch 11-gauge steel is rated to carry.

Thirty-six inches of inside depth is the specification that makes this a comfortable rack rather than a tight one. Twenty-four inches is enough to squat and bench in; 36 gives you room to rack-pull, move around with attachments installed, and set up a bench without the uprights in your elbows.

Two-inch hole spacing throughout is the notable simplification — no Westside zone, no 1-inch bench region. That is coarser than the best racks manage in the bench zone, where an inch decides whether the J-cup height is right. If precise bench setup matters to you, a rack with dual spacing like the Hydra is the better fit.

At 90 inches tall with an 84-inch pull-up bar this needs a real 8-foot ceiling and gives most people a full hang.

The 26 mm hole size is Titan's TITAN Series pattern, not the 11/16-inch T-3 and X-3 holes and not the 1-inch 3x3 industry standard. Attachments — safety straps, Smith machine, lat tower — must be TITAN Series.

Four band pegs and a 1.25-inch pull-up bar are included; J-hooks and the back crossmember are optional selections. Titan recommends bolting it down.
